Just like other anemones, the Maxi Mini Carpet anemone can sting but it is not aggressive. Excellent for the novice aquarist, the ease of care and smaller size make it perfect for 1st timers and excellent in smaller aquariums. Unlike the larger Stichodactyla haddoni and Stichodactyla gigantea carpets, Maxi Mini Carpet Anemone’s are not a host to clownfish. But happily both anemone shrimp and anemone crabs love them.
