Our Commitment to Excellence

TRSC Aquatics takes service and support excellence as the cornerstone of our business. We strive to ensure that our specimens are in great health and that our deliveries are on-time and packed correctly. TRSC has a less than 1% DOA mortality rate and even that is not enough.

For this reason we are constantly the weather and target destinations for any sign of trouble. Although frustrating, this means that sometimes deliveries will need to be rescheduled for the best interest of the specimens. We apologize in advance if this needs to happen.

Shipping corals are a fluid and constantly changing activity. Storms and Carrier Delays, Staff Shortages & Air Traffic delays can render shipments unavailable. Similarly, COVID & its variants are running havoc on the shipping and freight economy. This means that we ask our customers to be diligent in checking their e-mails when a shipment is expected to see if a delay has occurred.  TRSC Reserves the right to delay the shipment if we find the conditions are not favorable. We will ship at the customers insistence with the caveat that they give up DOA & Loss protection.
